THE ONE TASK is intentionally simple.
How It Works
You bring one real, meaningful task you want or need to move forward.
Together, we identify what is making the task difficult right now, define what DONE looks like, determine what may need to change, and choose the next useful action.
The process is designed to be flexible and responsive to you. That may mean reducing the size of the task, adjusting the pace, creating more structure, working in shorter blocks, using reminders or other supports, or simply finding a clearer place to begin.
Whether you are dealing with avoidance, executive-function challenges, changes after a brain injury, or simply feeling stuck, the goal is the same: understand what is happening, find a realistic way forward, and keep moving your ONE TASK toward DONE.
The process is guided by THE ONE TASK F.O.C.U.S. Roadmap™
